If the item you receive is damaged in the mail we will need you to file it as damaged with the carrier. They wont accept a damaged goods complaint from us, it has to be from the receiver. As soon as the carrier confirms 100% loss please let us know and we will either provide a credit to the same value or a refund in full. Your choice.
If the item is lost in the mail, we will file it as missing with the carrier. Once they confirm 100% loss we will either provide a credit to the same value or a refund in full. Your choice.
If you receive the wrong item from us we will organise it to be returned to us at our expense and the correct item sent out asap.
If you wish to return an item because you are just not happy with it we ask you to pay return shipping. We will refund you the original shipping cost plus the cost of the item via the method used to pay us.
