We endeavour to process and ship your order within one day of payment. Generally your order will go out the day following payment. If there is any serious delay, we will contact you promptly via email to let you know.

We always provide tracking details after parcel has been sent via email. If in a situation where the postal system damages or loses a delivery we will file it with the appropriate postal system and await their final decision. Once they have confirmed total loss, we will refund you in full including shipping. We reserve the right to wait till the carrier has confirmed 100% loss before refunding.
